From March 22-Dec. 1, 2024, the park is open from 7:30 a.m.-8:30 p.m.

Opening times of the ticket offices:

The fairytale garden is open as follows

22.03. - 03.10.2024: 9.00 - 18.00

04.10. - 26.10.2024: 9.30 - 18.00

27.10. - 03.11.2024: 10.00 - 17.00

04.11. - 01.12.2024: 10:00-16:30

The fairytale garden is closed outside these times

The pumpkin exhibition is open from 23.08. to 03.11.2024 from 9.00 to 18.00.

The Friedrichsgarten and the Mathildengarten are open from 9am to 6pm. However, these gardens may be closed on a daily basis as part of the construction and operation of events. After switching to the winter time, the closing time is already at 17.00 clock.

The orangery is usually open from 9am to 6pm. For individual exhibitions (for example, exhibitions with sales or exhibitions with the need of security) shortened opening times are also possible. During the exhibition renovation, the orangery is closed. After changing to the winter time, the exhibitions are open until 17.00. 

The Sardinian garden with bird aviary is open from 8am to 6pm. After changing to winter time, the Sardinian Garden will be closed at 17:00. Dogs are not allowed in the bird aviary. 

The Fairy-Tale Garden is closed outside the Baroque in Bloom season. Some areas of the park are open to walk through from 9 am to dusk.

Due to the topographical opportunities, parts of the Blühende Barock are only accessible to wheelchair users to a limited extent or not at all. A signpost showing the fully accessible paths is available in the download area. The disabled toilets are also shown there. The route plan was created by the project group "Self-determined mobility".

Wheelchair hire

Mechanical wheelchairs are available for visitors to borrow at the main entrance in Schorndorfer Straße and at the entrance in the rear courtyard. To borrow a wheelchair, please contact the ticket office or the control staff.

A deposit must be paid for the loan of the wheelchair. The wheelchair must be returned to the entrance of the lending desk during the opening hours of the ticket office.

Please note that only a limited number of wheelchairs are available - if possible, please bring your own wheelchair.

Dogs

Bringing dogs into the Blooming Baroque is allowed. However, dogs must be kept on a short leash during the visit. Dogs should be kept away from lawn, planting and playing areas. The leaders of dogs or other pets are required to remove the feces of their animals immediately. However, they can not be taken along in the free-flight volière.

With your Blühendes Barock admission ticket valid for the day, when visiting the castle or the museums in castle, you will receive a discount for adults or children.

The season ticket purchase

Every year - around 3 weeks before the season opens - you have the opportunity to buy the season tickets for the Blooming Baroque with Fairy-Tale Garden in pre sale even cheaper. The exact date and opening times of the individual ticket agencies can be found at the main events. Please note that at the end of the season ticket pre-sale, the purchase of the season tickets at the season price is only possible at the main entrance.

The following information is required for issuing season tickets: first name, surname and age of the respective season ticket holder. Season tickets are not transferable. The purchase of season tickets is also possible through third parties, provided o.g. Information is available. Any evidence of discounts (for example, a valid student card) must be provided upon purchase.
